Strangely cold Murph

9 Traditioners climbed out of their fartsacks to take on the challenge of The Murph!  It was a pleasantly cold morning, which may have made things a teensy bit easier today!  Or we are getting stronger!!

The Murph;

  1. 1 x Mile run
  2. 100 x Pull Ups
  3. 200 x Merkins
  4. 300 x Squats
  5. 1 x Mile run

The Cold Moleskin;

  1. Perfect cool summer weather to knock out a Murph!
  2. The new pull up bars were put to good use, as well as the dip bars for assisted pull ups!
  3. Great to see some new faces at the Murph!  Use it as a measuring stick for your fitness progression at F3
  4. Skipper and Gangsta – Thanks for doing it in cadence with me!  Somehow it makes it a little easier when your brothers are doing alongside you.

    @Dingo – Thanks for picking up the Q today and for the suggestion of cadence group. I couldn’t agree more regarding how #The Murph is more manageable with a cadence group. Thanks for teaming with me on the bars @Gangsta.

    @Pax – Great to see everyone out paying tribute to Lt Michael Murphy and pushing your bodies. Not all could run today, but that didn’t stop you from biking, walking, running less, whatever it took to put in a solid workout.
