The Moleskin:

  1. The Flat Ladder sounds easy…  actually it sucked.  Definitely need to do that again!
  2. Yes,  I did watch the internet to find that Bear Crunch exercise.
  3. Somewhere out their today Simon and Garfunkel were singing the Sounds of Silence…  but then Schedule C had the call out on the Indian Run.  Nice call brother.  Thanks for killing the S&G jam.
  4. Heading back to Que school…  Sorry for whom ever I missed on the PAX list.  We had 24 men and 23 are listed.   Sound off if you know who I missed and I will correct the back blast.

Have a blessed day!

YHC Escalade.

Time fly’s when you’re having fun… More exercises were listed. We’ll have to hit those next time!

Tough downPAINment this morning, @escalade. I was sucking wind pretty much the whole time as well as nursing bruised ribs. The pain made me not think about my pain and the #mumblechatter helped as well.

Remember, you gotta pay to play!

Also, thank you for making me stronger today than I was yesterday. AYE!

Good Q, @Escalade…that around-the-clock merkin exercise was pretty effective (tough), with 24 PAX in the circle … the ‘wave’ took a long time to get around!
