Shoulders like water jugs

24 Pax embraced their partners and set out to destroy their shoulders!!

Warm up – You’ll get warm running to the starting point.

Partner up and get some jugs

Everywhere you go the jugs go.

They cannot touch the ground.

1 partner holds both jugs

To pass off, jug holder must do 10 shoulder presses

Jug receiver 10 merkins

**Rule applies throughout WHOLE workout**

 

Mosey to Montario Dr

Run to top of Montario

At every second  mailbox on the right

Partner without jugs –

  • 10 x WWII situps
  • 10 x Bobby Hurleys

Partner with jugs –

  • 20 x Lateral raise
  •  20 x Front raise

At top of montario –

  • 10 burpees each
  • 20 shoulder press each

Run back to bottom and plank until 6 arrives

Run to top of Attwater

At every second mailbox on right

Partner without jugs –

  • 10 x Reverse Crunch
  • 10 x Merkin

Partner with jugs –

  • 20 x curls
  • 20 x shoulder press

At top of Attwater –

  • 10 burpees each
  • 20 shoulder press each

Run back to bottom and plank until 6 arrives

Run backwards to the top of Avonhurst

At every second mailbox on right

Partner without jugs –

  • 20 x LBC

Partner with jugs –

  • 10 x shoulder press

At top of Avonhurst –

  • 10 burpees each
  • 30 curls each

Out to Parkway

  • 10 x Muscle ups
  • 20 x Lateral Raise
  • 10 x muscle ups
  • 20 x forward raise

mosey back to parking lot

  2. So we did far more than the account above!  Everytime we switched jugs we paid the penalty!  Impossible to keep track of, but I am sure your shoulders are telling you about it!

    @Dingo, I think you left a word out of the title. Let me fix it for you. I think he meant “Shoulders don’t like water jugs.” Just trying to help a brother out.

    That was a great workout. I think the pain actually made the time go by faster.

    @ Dingo – Great workout this morning. Appreciate the preparation putting it together. One of those workouts where you do not think it is going to be that tough and after 8 minutes you realize you were horribly wrong.
