Have you ever experienced a Triple Decker from one of the many fast food chains? If so, then you know it tastes good when you take that first bite but at the end you feel like s**t. Well Monday is your lucky day to try a Triple Decker F3 style.
Run to Triple Decker
It’s simple, run up and down as many stairwells as possible within the three decks. For example, complete the exercises below at the bottom of stairwell 1, run the stairs to the top, complete the exercises below at the top, run across the top deck to stairwell 2, complete your exercises, run down the stairwell, complete your exercises, run across the bottom deck to the next stairwell….rise and repeat
Exercises to Complete:
At the bottom of each stairwell you will complete 30 LBC, 20 Merkins, 10 Air Press
At the top of each stairwell you will complete 30 LBC, 20 Squats, 10 Mountain Climbers
Run back to Kohl’s at 0600.
