A progression of Mary
Low Flutter
Low Dolly
Freddy Mercury
-tried to take @Charmins progression that he brought to the Pax and make it a little tougher and keep the heart rate up…there wasn’t a lot of mumble chatter so I am going to lean on the side of success
-great call by @Charmin on the jail break to Mary…although he did wait to call it conveniently after he was 20 feet ahead of the PAX…his quote… “I just wanted to see what it was like at the front”
-the progression of Mary is both physically challenging and mentally challenging as you can see from the Q’s count…little tough to keep up with which exercise we were on along with which number…even though the Pax had no problem telling the Q that we were on 8 and not 9…
-Great to see @Obo back in the Pax this morning…we did spot an @Bunny yesterday at The Murph but don’t get used to that folks…it was just a rare glimpse of what used to be
-Haven’t seen @Chowder in 2 straight days…must have gotten to fit for the Highlands and needed a challenge and went elsewhere or he could have gotten busted for his “special” post El Dorado powdery drink which if it is the case then someone should be getting a phone call anytime so be on alert because they only get one phone call in you know where

    @pax great effort by all this morning…good to see everyone push themselves beyond what they think their limits are

    @KoolAid & @Chavez strong lead up front from you two…especially @koolAid after an impressive performance for The Murph yesterday

    @Obo great to see you back at it…keep it up and you will be back in shape in no time

    @ Bootstrap – Great Q this morning. You keep coming up with new and creative ideas that involve us running up the football hill. Overall a great body workout today.

    You are right about the jailbreak call. I did wait to get a lead before calling it and yet the Pax almost caught me.

    @ Pax – It never ceases to amaze me how fast some of you are going. It is impressive and disheartening all at the same time.

    @Bootstrap, that was sneaky hard. Even though I knew what was coming, I still never was able to fully prepare myself for the pain. Nice full-body smoker especially the day after Murph.

    @Pax – great effort pushing through it today. I’m always impressed with this group’s encouragement of each other. That 2ndF is a huge part of why this is successful.

    @Kool-Aid – you are a machine brother.
