Warmup:
Mosey to lower parking lot.
- SSH x20
- Windmills X15
- IST x20
- Merkins x15
- LBC x20
The Thang:
Mosey to track around football field for Four Corners.
- Corner 1: 5 Burpees
- Corner 2: 10 Merkins
- Corner 3: 15 LBC
- Corner 4: 20 Air Squats
- Bonus: 10 Pull Ups
- Repeato until Q says stop. Most made four laps, some made more.
Mosey to Double Trouble Hill for ladder. 9 Merkins at the bottom, walk backwards to the top of the hill, 1 Jump Squat, back down, 8 Merkins, back up, 2 Jump Squats, continue pattern.
Mosey to Log Field to find cones conveniently placed for Suicides. Lunge walk two cones, Bear Crawl back one cone, repeato until the end.
