20 Mercans on first level…Run to 2nd level and do 20 Mountain Climbers, run to 3rd level and do 20 air squats, run to 4th level and do 10 burpees
TRES!
-Walk back down the stairs to the first level and repeat-15 reps on each exercise (8 burpees)
CATORCE!
-Walk back down the stairs to the first level and repeat-10 reps on each exercise (5 burpees)
