 Partner Up –One take ramps and one take stairs to the basement Plank at the bottom…or not

Bottom COP: Carolina Dry Docks x 20 IC/ Squats x 20 IC/LBCs x 20 IC/ Merkins x 20 IC

Partner carry up – Taking turns getting to the top. Stop at last covered level

Top COP: 10 “Cliff Hanger” Pull Ups OYO/10 Burpees OYO/Wall Sit until all PAX finish + 30 secs

 Walking Lunges to top level

Partner that took stairs, take ramp and vice versa.  Plank while waiting…still no planking

Bottom COP: Carolina Dry Docks x 20/Squats x 20 IC/LBCs x 20 IC

Up the Deck: Broad Jumps/Bear Crawl/Reverse Crab Walk/Right Foot Hops/Left Foot Hops

Top COP: 10 “Cliff Hanger” Pull Ups OYO/10 Burpees OYO/ Wall Sit until all PAX finish + 30 secs

 Lunges to top level for 2 min Plank

Down the ramp and back up the stairs x 2

 Mary with a view : LBCs x 20/WWII Sit Ups x 17 (???)/Low Flutter x 20

 Mosey to the bottom…
