1 Mile Out

Mary = LBC / Squirm / Crunch Frog

Moleskin:

1) Fast group this morning. EVERYONE finished before the 45 minute limit.

2) New rule…Ripe Tide needs to start wearing Segudo’s weight vest. #donetoosoon

3) Duece…were are your gloves?

4) Another strong FNG showing. Both Joe and Earl finished around 35 minutes.
