Great job Dingo! I will have to admit that after dropping about 10 lbs of water during the workout – during the last few sprints I felt the right calf twitching for a cramp so I had to throw in the towel – no mas! Amazing how heat and humidity can take it out of you quick.
Great push by all out there today on the 400 -100 ladder – those are never fun.

I too am not a fan of the 400-100 ladder. Though it it’s between that and a bear crawl, I’ll pick a ladder any day.
